Maryland to Create P-TECH Schools Across the State

IBM Board Approves Increase in Quarterly Cash Dividend for the 21st Consecutive Year

The IBM board of directors today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $1.40 per common share, payable June 10, 2016 to stockholders of record as of May 10, 2016.
