Mahira Khan reveals

Mahira Khan reveals she is in love LAHORE - Pakistani TV star Mahira Khan recently revealed she is in love with someone who is not from the industry. During a live session with Samina Pirzada on social media amid the coronavirus lockdown, when asked if she is in love with someone, the starlet smiled and replied: “Yeah, I think I am in love.” “Maybe you know him but he does not belong to the showbiz industry,” she told Samina. When asked by the veteran actor whether Mahira was in love with someone special, the Raees star smiled sheepishly and nodded her head. “Yeah, I think I am in love,” Mahira smiled. When Samina went on to congratulate her, the Sadqay Tumhare actor added, “I don’t know, I am so shy about it.” Samina then asked Mahira if she would want to name the person, she shared that she wouldn’t. “This is one thing I would want to protect with my life. I want to protect my child,” the Bol actor said, adding, “At first, I wanted to show everyone what an adorable baby Azlan is, but now I’ve become more cautious. If you notice, you really wouldn’t see Azlan’s face full front, it’d either be a side pose or a back pose.” Samina ensured her that she had all the right in the world to do that. “I know we shouldn’t be so superstitious and I wasn’t someone who you would call a Vehmi, but now I’m just like I don’t want any Nazar (evil eye),” Mahira shared. Indonesian village uses ghosts for distancing

Indonesian village uses 'ghosts' for distancing patrols A village in Indonesia has reportedly taken to using volunteers dressed as ghosts to try to scare people into social distancing over the coronavirus. Kepuh village, on Java Island, started deploying the patrols at night last month. In Indonesian folklore, ghostly figures known as "pocong" are said to represent the trapped souls of the dead.  Indonesia so far has about 4,500 cases and 400 confirmed virus deaths, according to Johns Hopkins University. But there are fears, according to experts, that the true scale of the infection across the country is much worse.  According to Reuters news agency staff who travelled to see the pocong in action, the unusual tactic initially had the opposite effect to that intended - with people coming out to try to spot the volunteers. But locals say matters have improved since the team began deploying unexpectedly. "Since the pocong appeared, parents and children have not left their homes," Someone told; "And people will not gather or stay on the streets after evening prayers". The initiative was organised by the head of the village's youth group in co-ordination with local police.  We wanted to be different and create a deterrent effect because pocong are spooky and scary.  Indonesia's president Joko Widodo has not yet implemented a national lockdown, despite fears the country's healthcare system could be overwhelmed without tougher measures. Residents still lack awareness about how to curb the spread of Covid-19 disease.  "They want to live like normal so it is very difficult for them to follow the instruction to stay at home." Although unconventional, this is not the only unusual measure that has been used to try to raise awareness of the disease's dangers around the world.

Workout

Workout! Experts recommend that teens get 60 minutes or more of moderate to vigorous physical activity each day. Here are some of the reasons: Exercise benefits every part of the body, including the mind. Exercising causes the body to make chemicals that can help a person to feel good. Exercise can help people sleep better. It can also help some people who have mild depression and low. Plus, exercise can give people a real sense of accomplishment and pride at having achieved a certain goal like beating an old time in the 100-meter dash. Exercise can help you better.   People who exercise burn more calories and look more toned than those who don't. In fact, exercise can help keep your body at a healthy weight. Exercise can help a person age well.  This may not seem important now, but your body will thank you later. For example, osteoporosis (a weakening of the bones) can be a problem as people get older. Weight-bearing exercise like jumping, running, or brisk walking can help keep bones strong. Aerobic Exercise Like other muscles, the heart enjoys a good workout. Aerobic exercise is any type of exercise that gets the heart pumping and gets you breathing harder. When you give your heart and lungs this kind of workout regularly, they get stronger and are better at getting oxygen (in the form of oxygen-carrying blood cells) to all parts of your body. Strength Training The heart isn't the only muscle to benefit from regular exercise. The other muscles in your body enjoy exercise too. When you use your muscles, they become stronger. Strong muscles are also a plus because they support your joints and help prevent injuries. Muscle also use more energy than fat does, so building your muscles will help you burn more calories and maintain a healthy weight. You don't have to lift weights to make your muscles and bones stronger. Different types of exercise strengthen different muscle groups, for example: For arms, try rowing or cross-country skiing. Pull-ups and push-ups, those old gym class standbys, are also good for building arm muscles. For strong legs, try running, biking, rowing.   Squats and leg raises also work the legs. For abdominal and core strength, you can't beat rowing, yoga, planks and crunches. Flexibility Training Being flexible may also help improve a person's sports performance. Some activities, like dance or martial arts, require great flexibility. But increased flexibility also can help people perform better at other sports, such as soccer or lacrosse. Sports and activities that encourage flexibility are easy to find. Martial arts like karate, ballet, gymnastics and yoga are good choices. Stretching after your workout will also help you improve your flexibility.

Healthy Diet

When Calories Do and Don't Count We have a love-hate affair with calories. At any given moment, more than 4 out of 10 of us say we're on a diet, yet we are gobbling 300 calories more each day, on average, than we did 20 years ago. And calorie counts sometimes dominate our lives: We choose workouts based on how many calories they burn, shop for calorie bargains at the grocery store, and blame holiday calories for our widening waistlines. But do we really understand when calories do and don't put on pounds? Take this true/false test and see how you score. Women trying to lose weight should eat no fewer than 1,200 calories a day! True. It's the lowest, yet still safe, calorie level for weight loss, says Elizabeth Somer, RD, author of 10 Habits That Mess Up a Woman's Diet. Take a multivitamin to fill in some of the nutritional gaps, since nobody eats perfectly. Extreme dieting on 1,000 calories or less is a recipe for failure: The weight won't stay off. Plus, shedding pounds too quickly can throw your body chemistry off and increase the risk of heart problems and gallstones.  Most people have a pretty accurate idea of how many calories they consume! False. People typically underestimate how much they eat—sometimes by up to 700 calories a day. But most of us tend to be off by about a third.  Excess calories go straight to your hips! False. They go straight to wherever your genes tell them to. Could be your waist, could be your chin(s), could be anywhere, including, yes, your hips. But the decision's genetic, not caloric. A calorie is simply a measure of energy, and if you don't need that energy right away (to sprint for a bus or build new cells, for example), it's stored—as glycogen—in the liver and muscles. When those storehouses are full, excess calories are warehoused as fat in whatever areas your genes favor: sweet cheeks or chubby knees. Fat calories pack on pounds faster than carb calories! True, if the calories are excess calories—that is, more than your body needs. What accounts for the difference? It's really easy for your body to convert excess dietary fat into body fat—the process burns as little as 3% of the calories involved. But converting the calories in carbs and protein to fat is far harder and burns up to 23 percent of the calories in the process. That's why excess fat calories bulk you up faster than excess carb calories. Calories eaten at night are more fattening than calories consumed during the day! False. Calories eaten at night aren't any more fattening—but they are more tempting. During a jam-packed day, you may barely think about food. But when you get home, you're tired, you're hungry, you want to relax, your resistance is down, and suddenly, everything in sight looks good. Whether you're contemplating a lovely meal or a quart of ice cream for dinner, it's easy to overeat after dark. Take Healthy Diet.

Unstoppable Machine !

Is Amazon Unstoppable? In 2017, a few months after Forbes named Jeff Bezos, the founder of Amazon, the world’s richest man, a rumor spread among the company’s executives: Bill Gates, the former wealthiest person on earth, had called Bezos’s assistant to schedule a lunch, asking if Tuesday or Wednesday was available. The assistant informed Bezos of the invitation, and told him that both days were open. Bezos, who had built an empire exhorting employees to be “vocally self-critical,” and to never “believe their or their team’s body odor smells of perfume,” issued a command: Make it Thursday. Bezos’s power play was so mild that it likely wasn’t noticed by Gates, but within Amazon the story sparked a small panic (and, later, an official denial). Such a willful act of vanity felt like a bad omen. At Amazon’s headquarters, in Seattle, the company’s fourteen Leadership Principles—painted on walls, posted in bathrooms, printed on laminated cards in executives’ wallets—urge employees to “never say ‘that’s not my job,’ ” to “examine their strongest convictions with humility,” to “not compromise for the sake of social cohesion,” and to commit to excellence even if “people may think these standards are unreasonably high.” (When I recently asked various employees to recite the precepts, they did so with alarming gusto: “ ‘Frugality breeds resourcefulness, self-sufficiency, and invention!’ ”) A former executive said, “That’s how we earn our success—we’re willing to be frugal and egoless, and obsessed with delighting our customers.” Amazon is now America’s second-largest private employer. (Walmart is the largest.) It traffics more than a third of all retail products bought or sold online in the U.S.; it owns Whole Foods and helps arrange the shipment of items purchased across the Web, including on eBay and Etsy. Amazon’s Web-services division powers vast portions of the Internet, from Netflix to the C.I.A. You probably contribute to Amazon’s profits whether you intend to or not. Critics say that Amazon, much like Google and Facebook, has grown too large and powerful to be trusted. Everyone from Senator Elizabeth Warren to President Donald Trump has depicted Amazon as dangerously unconstrained. This past summer, at a debate among the Democratic Presidential candidates, Senator Bernie Sanders said, “Five hundred thousand Americans are sleeping out on the street, and yet companies like Amazon, that made billions in profits, did not pay one nickel in federal income tax.” And Steven Mnuchin, the Treasury Secretary, declared that Amazon has “destroyed the retail industry across the United States.” The Federal Trade Commission and the European Union, meanwhile, are independently pursuing investigations of Amazon for potential antitrust violations. In recent months, inquiries by news organizations have documented Amazon’s sale of illegal or deadly products, and have exposed how the company’s fast-delivery policies have resulted in drivers speeding down streets and through intersections, killing people. Company insiders were accustomed to complaints from rivals at book publishers or executives at big-box stores. Those attacks rarely felt personal. Now, a recently retired Amazon executive told me, “people are worried—we’re suddenly on the firing line.” Amazon executives were also concerned about dramatic changes within the company. In 2015, Amazon had roughly two hundred thousand employees. Since then, its workforce had nearly tripled. Bezos, now fifty-five, had transformed as well, from a pudgy bookseller with an elephant-seal laugh to a sleek, muscled mogul whose empire included a television-and-movie studio. (Bezos declined to be interviewed for this article.) Amazon executives comforted themselves with the thought that, even if the story about the Bill Gates lunch was true, at least their boss wasn’t reckless, like, say, Elon Musk or Travis Kalanick or Adam Neumann. Many admired Bezos’s dedication to his wife and children, and saw it as an embodiment of the company’s integrity. Still, they whispered, what if his flywheel has gone off track? The notion of the flywheel—the heavy disk within a machine that, once spinning, pushes gears and production relentlessly forward—is venerated within Amazon, as Ian Freed learned on his first day of work, in 2004. Freed had initially glimpsed the power of the Internet as a Harvard student, when he guessed an e-mail address in Indonesia that led him to strike up a correspondence with the country’s minister of telecommunications. After graduating, Freed built computer networks in Russia and drafted policy papers for the World Bank and the United States Agency for International Development. He felt that every organization he advised failed to take advantage of all the opportunities created by the Internet. He moved to the West Coast, where he became an expert in streaming networks. Then he joined Amazon, as a director of its fledgling mobile-services team. During an orientation that included a warehouse stint unloading boxes of shampoo and stocking shelves with toothpaste, he realized that people at the company saw things in a fundamentally different way. Most firms have a mission statement that even the C.E.O. has trouble remembering. Amazon employees, Freed discovered, studied the Leadership Principles like Talmudic texts. During his first few years, he occasionally pulled colleagues, and even Bezos, aside to ask questions. What, for example, does “leaders are right a lot” really mean? Bezos explained, “If you have a really good idea, stick to it, but be flexible on how you get there. Be stubborn on your vision but flexible on the details.” Executives at other companies tended to lay out definitive plans. But Bezos urged his people to be adaptable. “People who are right a lot change their mind,” he once said. “They have the same data set that they had at the beginning, but they wake up, and they re-analyze things all the time, and they come to a new conclusion, and then they change their mind.” Freed often felt an impulse to answer his subordinates’ questions, but at Amazon leaders are encouraged to let team members puzzle out problems on their own. At the end, I just says you to go to Amazon.com and shop. This is the world's largest E-commerce site.  https://amzn.to/3ejB7dW https://amzn.to/2wx4Wqm https://amzn.to/2yaRBoa https://amzn.to/3ciDvjd https://amzn.to/2XweBIX https://amzn.to/3c9A2Dy https://amzn.to/3ejE8eg

Blue Bananas!!!

Rare Blue Bananas Taste Like Vanilla Ice Cream 😍   I am sure all of us wants to eat healthy food that tastes just like our favorite dish! How many times have we wrinkled our nose at something that is impossibly healthy, but tastes like crap.Well, Blue Java Bananas is here to make all those memories go away. It’s healthy and delicious, but it’s a bit rare. Well, we can all go that extra mile for something that has roughly the health benefits of Broccoli but tastes like vanilla ice cream. Grown primarily in South Asia, these bananas can survive some of the harshest environments. They can even grow at temperatures below freezing point, but usually, require 40 Fahrenheit for optimum growth. Blue Java Banana is extremely useful in its own right. It is high in potassium and has a multitude of minerals in it that makes it a very nutrient filled dish. Also, it is great for weight loss and would actually work well with low-fat ice-cream. Surprisingly, even the leaves are useful. Since they can withstand polarized temperatures, they can be used in place of aluminum foils. Or you could wrap your casserole with it. Or you could simply use it for boiling, heating, frying, roasting, or freezing. The leaves would be able to withstand anything you throw at it.     Don’t forget, it’s extremely delicious.

Golden life

School life is Golden life It is said that “school life is golden life,” because school life is the most important part of human life. It is the period of pure joy and happiness, because the mind of a student is free from cares and worries of a grown-up life.  School life is the happiest period in the life of a student. It is a life, free from all anxieties of the tough world. The mind of the student is full of noble ideas and his eyes are full of dreams. Student life is the most crucial period in the life of a  person.                                                                    The age of a school life is ideal time to grasp new and interesting things. So, it is time not to decide what they should become in future. You can not decide what is best for you until you tried everything. School life should explore everything, not just schooling and being inspired by a hero or real time hero. School life is the time where we make true friends is a myth or a fact that is being claimed without much research. There is no specific time to make friends. There is a joy in all these and those adults who missed all these are feeling for not doing those and they cannot do them in their adult life with an identity they have. I miss my old friends a  lot, do you? If yes then share with your friends.

Physical Fitness

Physical activity also helps people stay healthy. Exercise strengthens the immune system , and helps the body fight off illness . Daily exercise also helps people sleep better. Active students don’t complain about being tired. They have a good night’s sleep and have the energy to work hard and have fun every day.   The body is an amazing object; the more you ask of it, the more it can do. If you are inactive most of the time, your body will quickly become tired when it should be active. But if you are active many times each day or week, your body will get used to the hard work and it will become easier to do. Children who want to play active games with their friends should exercise regularly so they have the energy to play as long as they want.  Many young people want to physically active because it helps them look and feel good. Activity burns more calories than just sitting , so it is important for keeping a healthy weight . Exercise also makes muscles and bones stronger and keeps your body in a good condition .Like the girl and Ronaldo looking in the picture.  Being strong does not always mean that you have big muscles . Muscle size is often determined by your genes-very few people will look like bodybuilders when they get stronger. Age also helps find out muscle size.Boys may get bigger muscles if they do strength training because their hormones may rise . Girls can also become stronger but they won’t get bigger muscles because their balance of hormones is different from that of males.

Fashion

NOW A DAYS, fashion is bold and daring, and this reflects a noughts generation that is not afraid to say what they think, or wear what they want. Fashion is not just a means of clothing your body, it is the essence of your personality and beliefs, and designers are well aware of the power they hold. I also love the fashion sense of Pakistani designers and models. They really do very decent kind of fashion.I always follow them and their models are really gorgeous. To keep up with the latest fashions, keep a keen eye on what has appeared in shops and what has been there for a long time, and go to fashion shows to see what the designers are putting on the catwalk this season, and therefore what will make it in to the shops.                                                                                                                                   Have a nice day😊 If you have any idea tell me in comment section.  thank you

PHYSICAL FITNESS !     "Physical activity," "exercise," and "physical fitness" are terms that describe different concepts. However, they are often confused with one another, and the terms are sometimes used interchangeably.   Physical activity is defined as any bodily movement produced by skeletal muscles that results in energy expenditure. The energy expenditure can be measured in kilocalories. Physical activity in daily life can be categorized into occupational, sports, conditioning, household, or other activities. Exercise is a subset of physical activity that is planned, structured, and repetitive and has as a final or an intermediate objective the improvement or maintenance of physical fitness. Physical fitness is a set of attributes that are either health- or skill-related. The degree to which people have these attributes can be measured with specific tests. These definitions are offered as an interpretational framework for comparing studies that relate physical activity, exercise, and physical fitness to health.                               It’s true, 70 is the new 60… but only if you’re healthy. People who are physically active and at a healthy weight live about seven years longer than those who are not active and are obese. And the important part is that those extra years are generally healthier years! Staying active helps delay or prevent chronic illnesses and diseases associated with aging. So active adults maintain their quality of life and independence longer as they age.            so be fit...

Lockdown causing Rs1 billion rupees loss

Lockdown causing Rs1 billion rupees losses to railway system in every week Minister for Railways, Sheikh Rashid Ahmed on Sunday said Pakistan railways was facing the loss of one billion rupees due to lockdown in the country. Every week the railway was losing Rs one billion due to suspension of train service, in wake of Coronavirus threat, he stated while talking to a private news channel program. Commenting on a time frame for resumption of train service, he said the decision would be taken after April 14. He hoped that after normalization of the situation 22 trains could be made operational to facilitate the passengers waiting anxiously for enjoying comfortable service to reach their homes. Giving an example of India, the minister said the people living in the neighboring country had to face immense trouble due to the closure of the communication system. He added that some people while traveling long distances by foot had lost their lives because they could not find a train or any other communication services for reaching their home. To a question about sugar and wheat report  he said the responsible persons should be awarded punishment. Sheikh Rashid Ahmed said that corruption could not be made without involving bureaucrat and politicians. The minister said there was a sugar mafia in the country who wanted to intrude into the affairs of the economic coordination committee to fulfill their designs. To another question regarding the weak accountability process, he said not a single thief involved in money laundering was found in jail.
