ลำปาง – ฝนตกกลางฤดูหนาวถนนลื่น ทำรถทัวร์กรีนบัสสายเชียงใหม่ไปพะเยาพลิกคว่ำที่โค้งบ่อน้ำทิพย์ลำปาง มีผู้บาดเจ็บกว่า 30 คนโชคดีไม่มีตาย บ่ายวันนี้ (13 พ.ย.55) พ.ต.ท.ขจรศักดิ์ ปันดี พนักงานสอบสวนเวร สภ.วังเหนือ ได้รับแจ้งว่า เกิดอุบัติเหตุรถทัวร์กรีนบัส สายเชียงใหม่-พะเยา เสียหลักพลิกคว่ำ บริเวณถนนวังเหนือ-แม่ขะจาน เขตติดต่อ อ.วังเหนือ จ.ลำปาง และ ต.แม่ขะจาน อ.เวียงป่าเป้า จ.เชียงราย ห่างจากตู้ยามบ้านสันกู่ หมู่ 4 ต.แม่ขะจาน อ.เวียงป่าเป้า จ.เชียงราย ประมาณ 1 กม. มีผู้บาดเจ็บจำนวนมาก เมื่อได้รับแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจพร้อมด้วยหน่วยกู้ชีพโรงพยาบาลวังเหนือ และเจ้าหน้าที่กู้ภัย ได้รุดไปตรวจสอบที่เกิดเหตุ ซึ่งฝนได้ตกปรอยๆตลอดเวลา สภาพถนนลื่น ประกอบกับบริเวณดังกล่าวเป็นทางโค้งลงเขา ชาวบ้านเรียกว่าโค้งบ่อน้ำทิพย์ ห่างจากตัวอำเภอวังเหนือประมาณ 7 กิโลเมตร เขตหมู่บ้านทุ่งเป้า ม.4 ต.วังเหนือ อ.วังเหนือ จ.ลำปาง พบรถทัวร์กรีนบัส สีเทาคาดเขียว หมายเลขทะเบียน 10-3578 เชียงใหม่ […]
