Dr. Rosner is a native of the Detroit area. He graduated from the University of Detroit School of Dentistry in 1978. Shortly after graduation, he founded his dental practice, Laser Dental Associates, in Warren, Michigan at the corner of Ryan Road south of 14 Mile Road. In 1983, Dr. Rosner became a clinical instructor at his alma mater for a year before deciding to devote 100 percent of his time and efforts to his flourishing dental practice.

I started working at Laser Dental Associates in 1979 as a dental assistant and was promoted to office manager in 1997. My family consists of me and my son, Vince.
